About 228 Barrie St #1
Im looking for 2 clean and mature Queen's students to rent two bedrooms. The condo is located extremely close to Queens campus, where is at the intersection of Earl st and Barrie st. If you walk by there, you easily identify it since the condo is on the second floor of the convenience store New Merry Mart. The condo is upstairs and it has 4 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony. Out of the 4 rooms, 2 are large size bedrooms, 1 is mid size, and the last one is really small, the rent for large rooms is 600 monthly include utility, but not internet. Since Ive already rent a whole condo by myself, i just need two more people to share this condo with me, ill take the small bedroom for myself. Quick intro about me: name is Zach, 3rd year Queen's, major in Math, im easy going and im looking forward to have a wonderful year with 2 new roommates.
