Major renovations in 2018, including bathroom remodel and addition, new flooring, carpets, paint, paved driveway and walkway, etc. Kitchen includes dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer & dryer included if needed, but not guaranteed. The washer is starting to be temperamental. La-z-boy chair included. Skylights in kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Home includes established cherry, apple, pear and plum trees with maintained garden. 2 blocks from Lincoln School and bus stop. Willamette Park about 1/2 mile away, 2 grocery stores 1 mile. $50-80 application/background check fee per tenant, background check required for every adult. $350 non-refundable cleaning fee, plus $1200 security deposit. Pets must be house trained, registered, quiet, clean, safe. Pets must be pre-approved and interviewed, so please bring with at house viewing. $35/month additional rent per cat or dog. Additional $250 non-refundable cleaning fee per pet. Registered service animals excluded from additional rent.
