Room for rent in basement of 5 bedroom house shared by 3 recent UVic graduates and 1 current UVic student. The room has a closet, a built-in shelving unit, and a desk, but no bed. The location is great - is is a ten minute walk to the university bus loop, and a 15-20 minute walk to University Heights which has grocery stores, liquor stores and more. If you have a car, street parking is available. There is a bathroom shared between the two basement rooms, and a living room in the basement with a 55" flat-screen TV. On the main floor of the house, there is a shared kitchen, dining room and living room with a piano. There is also a shared washer and dryer. Rent is $540 per month, plus utilities (hydro + water) however internet access is included. Available January 1st.
