This is an incredible area of the city! Right against the mountains with lots of hiking trails. At the end of the block is a beautiful park (Wilson Ranch Park) with a city pool, playground, tennis courts, and a softball diamond. Fields with horses and cows grazing are just beyond the park. There are very expensive homes on a ridge nearby, so this is a very desirable area. Walgreens, Subway, and Ent Credit Union are all within walking distance and a Safeway is about 1 mile. Ute Valley park is also within walking distance - great for mountain biking and hiking. Lots of wildlife in the area - deer are commonly seen on the street and sometimes nap in the front yard! You can hear cows mooing in the distance while outside, but this is in the city! The apartment will have new flooring before move-in. It has a large private fenced-in, no maintenance back yard. It has a fireplace, TV nook, two full bathrooms, one with a full size washer/dryer, and two bedrooms (master has a huge walk-in closet) - over 1000 sq ft of living space. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, garbage disposal, and pantry. Includes a covered patio with great views. At one end of the patio is a large storage closet - some tenants have used it as a mini-workshop. There is plenty of off-street parking. The other tenants are very nice and quiet and have been there a long time (they really like the location). The building has been well maintained. This is a downstairs unit. Lease is for 1 year; $30 application fee per adult for credit check; $1400 security deposit; this is a downstairs unit, so easy access by a handicapped person; no smoking; garbage service and lawn taken care of by manager. Pets... prefer no pets as the flooring is being replaced.
