Studio apartment now available on 9th Street. Perfect for a student! Owner pays water and gas, minimal utility payments for tenant! At move in tenant will be responsible for security deposit, first month's rent and establishing utilities. We do not privately show any properties until an application has been provided. This is for our staff safety and to save time from scheduling people who are not approved. We have dozens of open properties currently with new properties coming open every week. Your application is good for 90 days for any of the properties we have to offer. Please fill out an application for the property you're interested in seeing and as soon as we receive back, we will get you scheduled.
