Maximum of two cats, or small, lightweight (under 20 pounds), mellow dogs that won't scratch the hardwood floors, is allowed for a monthly rental fee of $15 each, and lease agreement regarding you paying full replacement costs from any pet damage, including carpet, hardwood floors and the yard. NO SMOKING in AND around premises. Rental price: $2150 per month for 1-year lease minimum- security deposit $2150 Tenant pays all utilities with the exception of water and sewer. Rent funds must come from income of those living in the property. Those paying rent must have proof of well-established positive employment and credit history. Those with criminal records, evictions or rental history issues should reconsider. Proof of identity required. All references will be verified.
