As this is a third floor condo, you will have high vaulted ceilings, making it feel as open as a home rather than a condo! The unit has a laundry room with washer and dryer included! The community boasts large amounts of open grassy areas, 2 parks, and a great clubhouse/gym/pool/basketball court! You'll enjoy the open feel of the community, well taken care of amenities and great people. The HOA takes care of all exterior and community upkeep, as well as water, sewer, garbage and importantly high-speed Internet. Thats right, internet included! Also! There is a large 3 x 8 x 6 storage room right off the balcony and a full 1 car garage as well as a dedicated 2nd car spot right in front of the building. Absolutely no smoking. Prefer not pets but can be discussed. My wife and I are looking for responsible stewards of this our first home/rental. We have loved this home but needed to get more space for our growing family. We care about who will make this place their new home. We aren't interested in nickel and diming tenants as we aren't professional landlords. We just want a tenant who takes care of our home, pays on time, and communicates! Would love a lease of a year if possible. Thank you!
