Our place is in a quiet college town in an idyllic cul de sac. A safe comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style duplex that perfectly fits you and your extended family as a multi-generational space, it has private spaces for business colleagues and plenty of parking for all. The home is warm and comfortable and well curated for global and local travellers. It's completely self-contained on the ground floor, with extra accommodation and living space in the basement. You'll instantly love the sense of warmth and all-season comfort of our ranch style duplex. On the sunny side of the block, you'll enjoy the zoned comfort that accommodate adults upstairs, children downstairs and living spaces on both levels. Completely secure behind a security door, you'll come inside and feel at home with the beautiful sectional couch in the modern country inspired living room featuring a 65inch smart television (equipped with antenna and for BYO streaming services), coffee table, side tables, TV trays and even a lap desk for those who love to lounge around surfing on their laptop. The living room is carpeted for quiet enjoyment. The solid wood kitchen goes the extra mile to services both western and eastern cultures from our dedicated coffee/tea making station (filtered and pod coffee), chopsticks and rice cooker, crockpot, and oven toaster, and it wouldn't be complete without an air fryer. We also have an extensive offering of herbs and spices. The family size dining room is dressed for the season, featuring an 8-seat dining table (with breakfast bar seats if catering for 10), and access to the delightful patio with lounge furniture and a barbecue grill. The kitchen and dining room have tiled floors for easy cleaning. The ground level is home to the master bedroom which is warm and spacious with a conversational area that enjoys 2 armchairs and a side table for evening relaxation or Bible study, a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, 2 nightstands, bedside lamps, a large white dresser, laundry basket and mirror. There's a throw blanket for the cooler nights as well as extra pillows in the closet. The second bedroom is slightly smaller but still accommodates a queen size bed and has the same features as the master, without the conversational seating area. The basement is perfect for children giving them their own living space with sectional couch, 50inch television, a games table set up for checkers and cards, and even a workstation/study area to catch up on any work or study needs. It's a fun space with 2 bean bag chairs, plenty of room to relax and books to read, catering for everyone from nursery to experienced readers. The third bedroom has full size bunk beds and a full-size bed to cater for 6 guests in the one space. Children will love catching up with their cousins and friends, telling stories at night to each other or playing games on the comfy beds. The bathrooms on each level are matching, and each have a step-in tub combined bath and shower. They each have a toilet and a wash basin which is fully equipped with make-up washcloths, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer. The laundry is hidden in the ground floor hallway with a family size washer and dryer, plus ironing and cleaning products. We add the little touches or dryer sheets, soap and stain remover for your convenience.
