Property Id: 2736646 This is a wonderful condominium with on-Site laundry facilities and covered parking. It is close to Westchester lagoon, Chester Creek trail, the coastal trail, and downtown. It has a private balcony, wood burning fireplace, and even a shared sundeck for barbecuing and summer fun. The condominium complex is friendly, safe, access controlled, and well maintained. Nicely sized for mid-town living at 600+ square feet. Wood floors, on-site storage, and affordable, clean electric heat. Large windows let in plenty of light and provide a nice view of the inlet and the charming neighborhood. Also plenty of closets and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and in-sink garbage disposal. Resident is responsible for electricity and internet, all other utilities are included. The property manager is nearby and prompt with repairs and addressing concerns.
