Commuters will find ease of access to the South Barrie Go Station (15 minute walk, 2 minute drive), as well as major south and northbound routes (Hwy 400 being less than 6 minutes driving distance away). The unit is located within walking distance of the Barrie Public Library, schools, parks, and grocery, drug, and convenience stores, as well as Barrie transit routes, and a short drive up Mapleview provides access to ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Private unit includes self-contained laundry, one designated parking space, and shared backyard access. One large bedroom includes a double door closet, and plenty of space for a King bed and other furniture. The second bedroom is located off of the open concept living room and kitchen area, and contains one large closet, and could alternatively be used as a home office space. The generous sized three-piece bath includes a full tub and shower combination. While we are a pet friendly unit, however there is no available private outdoor space for pets, therefore pets must be leashed in all common outdoor areas, and pet waste immediately removed. This is a no-smoking unit. $1685/month. First/Last preferred. Last month’s rent due at lease signing.
