The two guest bedrooms off the hallway are comfortable with laminate floors, closets, and ceiling fans. The full guest bathroom also has a tub/shower combo and is located in the hallway for convenience. The large fully fenced backyard offers a metal pergola with picnic table and BBQ overlooking the west mountains plus a covered patio off the dining room. There are no neighbors behind this home either for privacy. The community offers a small park, tables, basketball court adding to the amenities this home has to offer. This is not a vacation rental. Snowbird rental only and this home is available Jan 2026-May 2026 (to be negotiated with owner & PM). Shown by appointment only~other owner requirements may apply. Pets (dog only) are at the sole discretion of the owner (no cats) and on a case by case basis.
