About 217 Crestview Dr
Property Id: 2682111 We are empty nesters looking to rent out an unused bedroom with a private bath in our home. It is on the second floor so you need to be comfortable using stairs. We have a nice back deck and a fire pit area. The tenant would have access to the kitchen and appliances. Other common areas available are the living room and dining room area. I work from home. We have a kitty named Frosty. We are close to shopping and restaurants. We are about 20-30 minutes from Kennesaw and Marietta and about 45-60 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The room itself has a small refrigerator, TV, king size bed, full dresser, desk and chair, night stand and private closet. Washer and dryer are across the hall and available to be used. All utilities are included and we have fiber optic for our internet. A credit check with a score of 740 or higher and background check is required.
