No felonies or evictions in the past 7 years. A valid Tax ID or Passport is accepted. Section 8 is not accepted for this property. No more than one bankruptcy over 2 years old. A credit score of 600+ is preferred for at least one lease signer. Pro-rated first month’s rent (if applicable) plus one full month’s rent, which may be combined among applicants.
