The application fee is $45.00. Everyone who will be living in the home that is over the age of 18 will need to complete a SEPARATE application. We will receive a credit check, background check and eviction check. In order to be approved with our standard deposit (equal to rent amount) there must be no open evictions within the last 5 years, no criminal background and credit scores must be 540 or higher. Homes are given to the first approved applicant that pays the reservation fee. This home qualifies for our Filter Easy Program. A $10 fee will be charged in addition to your monthly rent. All of our homes are pet friendly! Pet Policy: There is a pet deposit that is $250 for one pet and $100 for each additional pet with a maximum of 3 pets. There is also pet rent each month with $25 for the first pet, and $10 for each additional pet. Pets not allowed include: Akita, American Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Korean Jindo, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, wolf/wolf hybrid, or any mixed breeds that include a mix of one of the breeds listed, and any other breed deemed to be aggressive or a threat. Once approved, a Reservation Binder and $150 nonrefundable flat fee reserves the home. This fee is not applied to first months rent or security deposit. Contact us to schedule a showing.
