Property Id: 1199701 This is the upstairs apartment of a split level duplex located across the street from the Central Peninsula Hospital. The apartment gets a ton of natural light being the upper level and south facing. The kitchen appliances are newer, counter tops are brand new, and the whole upstairs has fresh paint. There's an attached porch, and medium sized shed with electricity for the tenant in the back yard. Pets are welcome upon approval, the property has huge fenced back and front yards. The lower tenant (me) is the owner and will have a new puppy coming home mid-July so pets have to be well socialized. I travel often for work and play, but can telework up to two days a week when I'm home, so an ideal tenant would be willing to help with pet care while I'm gone, then I can help when I'm home. One year lease, month to month after the lease expires. First month's rent plus $1450 deposit and $100 deposit per pet, utilities are split 50/50. $50 application fee. The apartment is available July 1.
