About 2100 Dundee Loop N
Available for rent on 9/3/23. Located a short walk or bike ride from beautiful downtown Abita Springs. Two bedrooms plus a bonus loft (for office, playroom, etc.), 2.5 baths, garage, pantry, laundry with washer and dryer. Has high ceilings on ground floor, great gas stove, and stainless dishwasher and microwave purchased in past two years. Flooring is ceramic tile on ground floor, engineered wood-type vinyl in master and loft, and carpet in bedroom #2 that is less than one year old. Master bedroom has huge storage closet, and there are shelves and additional storage space in the garage. The Abita Villas neighborhood includes POA with covenants to keep things nice. The POA takes care of all grass cutting and maintaining the gated community pool, to which you will have an access key. I pay all POA fees, you are not responsible for that. This is an end unit, so has more privacy than other properties in the neighborhood. See photos, which show how the side yard is very private -- visibility of the patio at the back door is blocked from the street by hedges, and in back and side by the community fence. This is NOT a good place for anything but the smallest of dogs, since no fencing is allowed according to covenants. You will have to take your dogs out on a leash. HOWEVER, with additional pet fee (either a $1000 refundable additional pet deposit, OR a non-refundable $50 per month pet fee -- this is the tenant's choice) I will be willing to accept one dog weighing under 20 pounds and up to two cats. I loved living here, you will too. Please make contact only if you are able to pass a credit and employment check. Abita is a great town, lots of landmarks and activities, including Abita Brew Pub and Abita Brewery- Abita Opry- Tammany Trace Abita Trailhead- Abita Famer's Market- Abita Mystery House- Busker Festival- Abita Bicycle Festival- and so much more.
