I have been thoroughly pleased with the staff at La Veranda. My roommate and I have just completed our move in process and have been settled in for about a month now. Paige and Victoria have been very accommodating and welcoming. Making sure all of our needs were met and then some. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our move in experience was as smooth as possible. They are readily available to help out in any way they can and the maintenance staff was on top of our work orders and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend living here.
Plus the new gym renovations are excellent. Great staff, apartments and amenities.

Our time is coming to an end at La Veranda and I just wanted to share our experience the last 27 months living here. We first initially signed a 15 months lease with Paige during a pandemic with a newborn. She made our experience and transition so smooth and wonderful! We resigned after our first least ended for another 12 months and we recently just built a house. If it wouldn’t be for this, we wouldn’t be moving. Our experience at La Veranda has been incredible and I thoroughly think it’s bc of their staff. Toni and Paige are incredible. They are so friendly with great personalities! They make La Veranda “home!” We will surely miss them and always know that we have a home away from home.

We lived there as a family of 2 adults, 2 children 1 and 4 years old and 1 dog in 2021-2022.
I can't find a single negative.
Well, to be completely nitpicky, the pool was too warm in the summer, but where in this state is it different?
The office staff is amazing, especially Daniel, she came to help in any situation.
There are parties for children and adults quite often.
People live young and cheerful, with or without children, but all the neighbors were cool and pleasant people.
We ourselves are from Moscow, Russia, we lived only 2 years in Louisiana, but a year in La Veranda still remains the best memory of our entire stay in this state. I cannot say enough good things about my move in process. I was a transfer from another property and skylar and Melissa made it so easy for me! Melissa kept me in the loop the entire process. From the moment I arrived to tour the property she was very welcoming and was extremely accommodating. All of my instructions were laid out for me and was a very easy process. The other residents are very nice and inviting! During the move in process I met 3 of my neighbors and they were all so nice! The property is VERY well kept!! Highly highly recommend doing business with the front office and being a resident here!

Danielle the Maintenance Manager is super awesome. I was on the property doing work and the little time I was on the property you could feel her presence and care for the residents! Speaking with residents while working; they also spoke highly of her! You don’t see many people put their all into their jobs these days so this was worth my time to leave her an A+++++!!!
I have lived at La Veranda apartments for two years and have had a truly wonderful experience! The apartments are brand-new, include top quality appliances, very spacious, the grounds are always well-kept and clean, and the community is quiet and friendly. Another highlight is the staff..... each person I've interacted with has been fantastic! Most of my interaction has been with Victoria and she has been a delight as she is always so responsive and thorough in every request or need. I highly recommend La Veranda!
Our stay at La Veranda at Polly Lane was everything we had hoped for. From move in to move out, we were treated very friendly and professionally. We felt very safe, which was most important. Maintenance responded immediately when needed. I would recommend this complex to anyone and if needed, I would go back.

Honestly, I actually like this apartment. Their maintenance is amazing and also the front staff they're always on time and very informative and also give you updates as followed. I never was in the dark with these apartments and everything that I did at request was taken care of.
