Let me tell you a little about myself: * I'm a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on the 3rd Floor of the Devonshire House; * I have really cool 9 foot ceilings which creates an open and airy atmosphere * For your exclusive use, I have a newer in-suite washer/dryer (less than 6 months old); * I come with stainless steel kitchen appliances - gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge; * A fabulous gas fireplace will keep you cozy during the long and cold winter nights; * I come with a parking spot for 1 car and yes visitor parking is also available. The cool thing...my complex also has a dedicated car wash station to keep your ride clean and shiny! * Bike lockers are also available * I have fashionable window coverings - ok I know, I'm just trying to make blinds sound sexy; * I have a den/flex room for those of you who need that little extra space to spread out; * I have a small balcony (approx. 6’x8’), ideally suited for enjoying a glass of wine on a warm summer day * Almost forgot, I have a gym and there's also a swimming pool! Nothing fancy but they're functional and will keep you in shape! I'm ideally located: * On many of the main bus routes to/from downtown Vancouver, UBC, University Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital, and Vancouver International Airport (YVR); * 15 minutes walking distance to Arbutus Village and the downtown Kerrisdale Shopping District; * 20 minute drive to more exotic shopping malls such as Oak Ridge, Pacific Centre and the famous Robson and Alberni Street Shopping Districts * I love tiny adults (kids) and am located within easy access to Prince of Wales School, York House; Crofton House, St. George's; St John's and many other schools * If you love the outdoors I'm also located next to Quilchena Park and very close to Van Dusen Garden; UBC Botanical Gardens; UBC Endowment Lands / Pacific Spirit Park; Queen Elisabeth Park; Langara Golf Course; Shauhnessy and Point Grey Golf and Country Clubs and McCleery Driving Range; Sorry I can't show you my floor plan, but I can tell you that there isn't any wasted space in my 853 square foot layout! Closets, drawers, and storage areas are ideally located so that you can pack lots of stuff into me and still have room to move! Did I mention that I also have a DEN/FLEX ROOM? My owner has included some snaps of my layout and current appearance. In my opinion, I think I look pretty handsome :-) But my owner isn't very happy with me! He thinks I look drab, dirty, and disheveled and in need of a serious refresh! SO... he's promised to give me a good cleaning top to bottom before my new friends move in. All this will be done before May 1! Please note that the following items are not included in the rent: - move in/out fees - hydro and gas - internet, and phone Unfortunately, I'm not particularly fond of cats and dogs as they give me funny rashes and I’m allergic to smoking, so please no smoking and no pets.
