Wonderful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home in Springfield. One level ranch home with 2 gar attached garage. No carpet in home. Large lot in a quiet neighborhood. What we like to see from a tenant is credit score of 600 or above. Able to pass evection and background check. Each person above the age of 18 will have to fill out application. Fee is $50.00 per person. Move in cost is $3600.00 which includes security deposit and first month rent.
