Spacious walk-in closets in each bedroom that span the length of the bedroom, and each bedroom also has a walk-out balcony. Small fenced-in concrete patio outside of apartment's French doors. Quiet neighborhood. Appliances include LG font load washer and dryer, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, wastewater and internet (if desired). Water/wastewater are billed by landlord (average $20 for one tenant and $40 for two). Landlord pays for natural gas and trash. Pets are okay, pending landlord approval. Breed restrictions apply.
