Walking distance to London Drugs, McDonalds, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Subway and local groceries along Victoria Dr. Walking distance to both E.49th bus and E.41st bus. Our basement suite is semi-furnished with a sofa, sofabed, microwave and coffee table. (sorry I cannot remove the furniture) Unit is suitable for 1 or max 2 tenants, short-term rental and month-to-month. Due to my parents (ages 95 and 93), I may need the basement back in the future, but I will provide 3 months' notice. Our home is 3 levels, so this is a basement suite, with approx 8 steps down to the basement door. Shared laundry is available 1x per week. We live upstairs, a family of 4. Our home is the typical 3-level Vancouver Special, 31 years old. However, the basement has been renovated with a new floor, bathroom, and brand-new stove and fridge. thankyou.
