The primary bedroom includes an en suite bath with full shower/tub combo and large closets. In addition to the fenced outdoor space, there is a large partially fenced wrap around back and side yard. Garage and XL driveway for parking and extra storage. Home includes washer/dryer hookups. The neighborhood is close to Golden Gardens, Irwin, Bethel Community and State Street Parks, Meadowlark Prairie and the natural areas northwest of Eugene. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant. Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
