All personal items in common areas must be stored inside cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator racks specifically designated for each room; no items may be left out on countertops or floors. Cleaning up after yourself in shared spaces is an absolute requirement. Furthermore, overall cleanliness and common decency are required for the benefit of all. No crime permitted on the property. No smoking permitted on the property. No loud music permitted on the property.
