The Summit Stage, which provides free public transit throughout Summit County, has a loop dedicated to serving the Wildernest neighborhood. 5 world-class ski resorts (Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge) all accessible within 30 mins. Silverthorne Factory Outlet, downtown Silverthorne, Dillon Lake and Frisco are just down the hill. The Silverthorne Recreation Center is less than 2 miles away and it has one of the best swimming playground and amenities in Summit County. There is plenty to do for just about everyone! Tenant responsible for some utilities (water/sewer/internet included). No smoking of any kind within the building. No growing/hydroponics.
