All fixed up duplex in Duncannon. Two bedrooms plus a bonus room (walkthrough from other room), bathroom, kitchen with den/dining room off to the side, and living room. Large open garage. Back yard, shed, and room in driveway/beside garage for vehicles too. Basement with washer/dryer hookups (there are a washer/dryer there that can stay with the place as a bonus but are not part of the lease). Just repainted the whole house and ripped out the old carpet so the whole property is hardwood or tile. Tenant will also pay for utilities including electric and oil for oil furnace. Landlord pays water, trash and sewer up to the base rates. Pets would be considered on an individual basis, no pit bulls or large dogs as per our insurance policy. Please note we run landlord/tenant (eviction) and criminal records checks on all prospective tenants and will not rent to anyone with landlord/tenant or criminal filings. $1200 a month, 1 month security deposit required.
