We can provide simple room furniture as need. The room has nice paint and new bamboo floor. with a small walk-in closet. It has a double layer nice window with a beautiful mountain view. We ask $1100 a month rent which includes utilities, laundry, high speed wireless internet, central airconditioner and parking.
