This waterfront neighborhood contains tree canopied and brick lined streets. The neighborhood association owns a private waterfront park for the use of its residents. It is close to downtown St. Pete where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to the interstate. There is a formal living/dining room with beautiful floors and the kitchen is fully updated with chestmut finish wood cabinets, stainless stell appliances, granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting and two pantries. The family room feautres crown molding and tile flooring. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. This is a fantastic opportunity to rent a home in a tropical paradise. Tenant pays all utilities One or two adult pets under 35 lbs (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $95 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval.
