Tenant pays all utilities One or two adult pets under 35 lbs (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat.
