There is only one alloted space at the unit out front but parking along the road is permitted. It's a quiet road with very little traffic. No felonies or evictions in the past 7 years. A valid Tax ID or Passport is accepted. Section 8 is not accepted for this property. No more than one bankruptcy over 2 years old. A credit score of 600+ is preferred for at least one lease signer. Applications must show at least two months' rent available in cash or bank accounts. This is a combined total for all applicants, not a requirement for each individual. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be processed and will be declined.
