This single level spacious 2939 square foot +/- home is furnished and ready for move-in. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, lots of counter space and storage. The kitchen opens into a family room, with sitting area. The 3 bedrooms are lightly furnished with some space for your additional items. A bed is included in each room, there is a king bed, queen bed and twin bed. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a bonus room that can be used as an office, craft room or additional bedroom, it has lots of storage cabinets. The formal living room has a woodstove and TV. This home has a central atrium which is perfect for an herb garden, an interior laundry room equipped with washer/dryer, a central vacuum system, and 3-car garage. Linens, kitchenware and wall hangings can be included or removed, at tenant's request. The locked storage area off garage and outbuildings are reserved for owner's use. Owner reserves right to use RV parking area and expects to be onsite June 2023 and occasionally during March-May 2024. Owner will respect tenants privacy. We are in the Sierra foothills centralized to many great outdoor and indoor activities: Museums, golfing, biking, cultural events, wine tasting, great theater, art galleries, swimming, boating, and skiing. - Tenancy is a 12 month lease.
