Approximately 1 mile from the Capitol, downtown shopping and restaurants, and in the West school district. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and snow removal. Pets allowed with breed restrictions and additional monthly fees. Lawncare is included. Washer and dryer hookups located in the unfinished basement. No security deposit is required. A first month's rent fee of $500 is due in addition to the regular monthly rent. We do require a credit score of 620 or above and that the rent is no more than 30% of your income. We also run a criminal background and rental history check. HUD or other rental assistance programs are not accepted.
