About 201 Craig Dr
4 bed / 3 bath. Pet Friendly. - You're going to love coming home to this house! Just off North Main Street in Blacksburg, you will think you are miles out in the country. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, along the top of a ridge line, with beautiful views pastures and Brush Mountain. This is a split level house. Upstairs there is a great room with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is open to the great room so the cook is never isolated during the festivities. There skylight and floor to ceiling windows to let in the light and the views. The great room opens on to the upper deck, which can be an extension of the living space in warmer weather. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, including the master bedroom with an attached 3/4 bath (shower only). Downstairs there is a recreation room with a second wood burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with the same view as upstairs. This room opens onto a lower deck. The lower floor has a fourth bedroom with it's own entrance and huge walk in closet. There is another room that would be perfect for an office, or could be used as a 5th, non-conforming bedroom. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer. There is a one car attached garage.
