No inoperable, unregistered, or commercial vehicles may be stored on the property. Guests may park on the street or in available driveway space and may not displace a tenant's vehicle. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities Tenants are responsible for: - Keeping all interior spaces clean and free of trash, mold-causing moisture, and pest-attracting conditions - Replacing light bulbs, batteries in smoke/CO detectors, and HVAC filters (filters to be replaced every 90 days) - Promptly reporting any plumbing leaks, HVAC issues, or structural concerns to the landlord. Failure to report damage that worsens over time WILL result in tenant liability for all repair costs. - Any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by tenants or their guests
