Renovated bungalow built in 1902 in the historic neighborhood of Highland Park! This entire home has been rebuilt from top to bottom. There are 3 great sized bedrooms, but we used the front room with the french doors as an office/living room (it does not have a closet due to house age, but we are happy to provide a wardrobe/closet system if needed). Renovated kitchen, bathrooms, newer HVAC, and washer/dryer included in the laundry room. Original hardwood floors throughout, 10 foot ceilings, and a beautiful, completely redone backyard with a paved patio. We have a detached cottage out back that we Airbnb, so the driveway will be used for them (currently trying to figure out a different parking solution for that), but there is plenty of street parking. Backyard is fully fenced. We lived in this home for several years and absolutely love the neighborhood- we only moved a minute away--still in Highland Park! This home is walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, several parks, and a short drive or bike ride to downtown.
