My roommate and I (two females in our twenties who went to college together and are now working (me) in journalism and (she) in consulting) are looking for a third roommate to fill our three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the Flats at Dupont apartment building. We had a third roommate but she unfortunately has to move out. sooo while she'll still be on the year lease until June, our apartment will have you sign a sublease contract and you can pay rent/everything online. It's really easy. Also, we love the apartment/the building and want to sign a new lease after June so hopefully you will too/like us enough to keep living together :) The apartment building is on the corner of N and 20th and only about a three minute walk to the Dupont south exit metro station. Seriously a perfect location. The building also is beautiful and has everything you need - a full gym, laundry facilities, pool, grill area, extra lounge/computer rooms, a coffee bar every day, etc. Also, whenever anything in the apartment breaks/light burns out/toilet clogged etc., you can put a maintenance request in online and it's fixed in less than 24 hrs. The room you would be getting is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in closet. The room will be 1450 a month which includes utilities. We're looking to start meeting possible new roommates asap and have someone move in as soon as possible too. Email us if you're interested !!
