Available Sept 1st. 8 month lease to start. This is a bright and large room in a 3 bedroom suite, shared bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. The other two roommates are male and students in their early 20s. It is located right next to Langara College, along the 49 bus route to UBC and 10 minute walk to Langara skytrain station. Very convenient location for students. The room is furnished with a queen bed, night stand, closet and desk. There are black out blinds and black out curtains. I live upstairs with my young family and dog so if you need a quiet space or sensitive to noise, this would not be suitable for you. Must be respectful, clean and for single occupancy Utilities are $50/month and cleaning $25/month If you are interested, please share: 1. A bit about yourself. 2. Reason for moving? 3.
