The home offers a three level private boat dock with a 10,000 pound boat lift and deep-water slip. There is quick access to resilient downtown St. Pete where you have so many shopping and restaurant choices. You can enjoy relaxing at the salt water pool and entertaining guests in the fabulous back yard. The home features beautiful tile in the living areas and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The primary bathroom feels like you are at a retreat with a soaking tub, two large California walk in closets, three vanities and multi showerheads in the walk in shower. Step out of the primary bedroom through the impact resistant sliding glass doors and onto the back patio with a fire fit. The kitchen offers modern finishes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator and a pass-through window to the covered lanai. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting 2 of the bedrooms. This is an opportunity for boat lovers as well as water sport lovers in this wonderful neighborhood. Lawn Care and Pool Care are included with the rent. One adult pet under 35 lbs (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $95 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management.
