Global Affairs Canada, Bruyère hospital, multiple embassies, several parks, Byward Market shops and restaurants, Ottawa and RIdeau rivers are all within a 10 minute walking distance. Numerous bike paths are right around the corner as well as public transit. 24h notice at a minimum is required for all showings. Minimum one year lease is required, longer lease term is also possible. Proof of tenant insurance is required. All rental applications must be accompanied by proof of income and references.
