I’ve loved living here! I lived here last year in a studio and loved it. I then moved out and moved back into here because I like it so much. I am planning on continuing to live here until I graduate in 2026. The property manager Lindsay is great and very professional, she always answers any questions I have and is very thorough. Anytime there is a maintenance issue they are quick to tend to it. I have had a few problems here and there but they weren’t substantial enough to affect my review that much. The worst thing I can say really is that the pool is closed often which is unfortunate but that’s literally the worst thing about this place. The only other thing is that it is pretty easy to hear the people walking above you if you are on floor 1-3 but that’s apartment life so I don’t think that’s a big deal! The pet grooming area, gym, and rooftop grills/view are great along with the sauna and theatre room. They are super pet friendly (obviously since they have a pet grooming area!!) and always have a pet of the month which you will get a super cute gift with. They also do fun resident events every month. If you like a calm and welcoming community that loves pets and their tenants…choose orchard crossing!!
