It will take 2-3 years, so I am offfering our property to long term renters. It sits on over 3 acrs with a pecan orchard in front and the lakebed in back. It is 8 miles from Seguin, 9 miles from New Braunfels, 34 miles from San Antonio and 55 miles from Austin. It is an older property but lovingly maintained. The listing points to Rodriguez Elementary School, but the closest is McQueeney Elementary School just 1 mile away.
