The large basement is unfinished. There is a 2-car attached garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance. Pet friendly. Cats and small dogs only (less than 40 lbs, limit 2). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. No smoking allowed. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (Experian*) of 640 required. *Please note, Experian scores are typically slightly lower than Transunion and Equifax scores. 12-month lease required.
