About 1911 East Greenleaf Street
I am posting this on behalf of my mother who is looking to share her house with a reliable roommate or 2. My mom lives alone and is the friendliest person in the world. Trust me, she is very caring. The home is 3 bedrooms and she is looking to rent out both rooms. She is looking for a female(s) who she can share her entire house with. This home is on the end of the rowhome nestled in a quiet neighborhood on East Greenleaf street. All of the neighbors are nice and vibrant people who have lived there for years. Sharing the house includes, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, yard, porch, garage, etc. There are 2 rooms for rent.. The monthly rent for the first room is $500 and the second room is $450 (a little bit smaller than the first room) and that includes ALL utilities! Electric, water, cable, internet, garbage, and gas. ALL INCLUDED! My mom is only requesting proof of income and at least two references. My mother speaks both perfect English and Spanish and works 4-5 days a week from 6am-5pm as a Social worker.
