The formal dining room is separated by a partial wall, and there's a small breakfast nook in the kitchen. Kitchen appliances include the dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and NEW Whirlpool electric range. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan, good closet space, and bathroom access. The primary bedroom includes two closets and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a large single-sink vanity. The second bathroom has a combination shower/ bathtub and doors for access from the second bedroom and from the hall. The washer and dryer installed in the hall laundry closet will remain for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowner. Central gas heat and central electric air conditioning. Tenant responsible for all utilities including electricity, natural gas, and water. Plentiful parking with stairs down to the covered front entry.
