Great condo in The Cloisters, offering a convenient East Asheville location, gated access, a community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis courts. New carpet! A flight of stairs leads from the parking area down to the covered front entry. Laminate floors are throughout the living room, dining, and kitchen. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and sliding doors to a great screened porch that includes a ceiling fan, storage closet, and nice wooded views. The kitchen has room for a small breakfast table, and appliances include the dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator, and built-in microwave. New carpet in the hall and both bedrooms! The large primary bedroom includes two closets and an en suite bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The hall bathroom has a shower/ bathtub and has access from the second bedroom and the hall. The laundry closet is off the hall, and the washer and dryer will remain for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowner. Association restrictions state all units shall be occupied and used for single family residential purposes only. Tenant responsible for all utilities including electricity, natural gas, and water. Central gas heat and central electric air conditioning. No pets. No smoking. No cosigners.
