We have a room for rent in Brigham City, large closet, plenty of storage. You also would have a semi private bathroom (only time its not private is when theres guests at the house). Plenty of off street parking, laundry on site. No more pets (will discuss potential for a dog). We have have a ps5, Xbox, switch, full kitchen, all the things. $250 deposit with $200 refundable. About us: we are a married gay couple, we have two dogs, we are both full time workers, we arent big parties but enjoy having some friends over for game nights and dinner. We drink a little, but not often. We enjoy video games, camping, hunting, going to the gym, and hanging out at home. About you: Must be LGBT friendly as well as Law Enforcement friendly. Tidy (we dont expect white glove clean), friendly. No illicit substances. Can not be on probation/parole.
