Thaynes Canyon Home - Eclectic and original 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home on Payday Drive! Conveniently located near Park City Mountain Resort, this well-loved home in the Thaynes neighborhood has wood floors, abundant natural light, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, loft, two-car garage, and ample storage. The property has several new appliances, including a washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The deck is a great place to enjoy the large landscaped backyard, which has views of the golf course! A well-behaved pet may be considered with a pet deposit of $1000, $500 of which is non-refundable. First and last month's rent and a $3,500 security deposit due prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, cable TV or satellite, snow removal, and lawn care. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Known for its unbeatable access to ski resorts, Nordic ski tracks, and hiking trails, Thaynes is a historic and quiet neighborhood dense with trees and is only a five minutes drive to Main Street. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are non-refundable.
