Located on 7 acres in a friendly neighborhood. House has an upstairs, main floor and basement. Origianal 1935 pine floors, newly painted and meticulously clean. Fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped with Fiesta ware; all cooking utensils. HVAC is only 2 years old. On a maintenance contract/ including a bi-yearly safety inspection of all life safety fire alarms, fires extinguishers, and check furnace change out filters etc. Beautiful views from all sides of house. Renter will have access to a seasonal community garden. All utilities, excellent wi-fi, and yard maintenance included in monthly rent. New washer and dryer in basement. Unattached but very adequate 2 car garage, about 30 feet from house. Bedrooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Family room table comfortably sets 10.
