Welcome to this renovated, cozy, cottage nestled in Acadia Oak Subdivision! This delighted 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offer the perfect blend of comfort and style. Private backyard where you can relax or entertain. Kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator, stove, exhaust fan, dishwasher, built-in microwave and garbage disposal. The laundry room has washer and dryer hookups. Two pets are allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 pet rent per pet. We do not allow aggressive breeds. Renters insurance is required, utilities must be put in tenants name and lawn care is tenants responsibility. Home is under renovation and we will have more pictures to come shortly! Application Requirements- credit check (600 or better for each adult), background check, pay stubs (3 times the rent), rental history check and photo identification required. Each adult over the age of 18, must complete an application and pay a $40 processing fee. Utilities and pest control are the tenant's responsibility.
