This apartment is available as an unfurnished rental only. Flooring is laminate wood. The Kitchen is open style, and includes an oven and gas stove along with the fridge and dishwasher. The Living Room is a bright space and there is a balcony off of this room. The Bedroom will fit a queen sized bed. There is a large storage room in the apartment. Washer and Dryer are in suite. 1 Parking Space is included. The Urban Fare is located just downstairs for quick access to a groceries. Amenities include concierge, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, movie theatre, meeting room, lounge and outdoor party area on the roof deck of the 4th floor. Please note that amenities are subject to restricted usage or closure during Covid 19 safety measures. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in this one.
