The sounds of the river can be heard from every inch of this home. Breathtaking views, fly fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, minutes to town and more. There is also private access to the Goose Paster Tarn. Rent is $4,000 per month and includes property taxes, building insurance, water (well), sewer (city). Tenants are responsible for all other utilities including mandatory plowing. There is parking for three cars. Pets negotiable. Renter's insurance will be required. All applicants over 18 will be required to submit an application, credit, and background check with a non-refundable $45.00 fee.
