This 2nd floor unit gets plenty of natural light and is in a clean well maintained 3 story walk-up building. Suite is available May 1, 2026.$2150/month (unfurnished) includes heat, hot water and window coverings (blinds). Card operated laundry in the building. Secure bike storage for bicycles available (free for tenants). Electricity (BC Hydro), internet & cable not included. Parking available for extra fee ($75).1 year lease (month to month tenancy agreement after lease term expires). Credit and landlord + employer reference checks required. Building is no smoking and no pets. This is a quiet building with professional management. We seek quiet, respectful, long-term tenants. Suite viewing by appointment only (suite is currently tenant occupied).
