Further down is the door to the garage and then stairs to the FROG. Upstairs there is a 4th bedroom with a half bathroom. In the backyard there is a pergola so that you can enjoy the water view. This house is in excellent condition and will not last long. Applicants must have an approved application and background check prior to scheduling a viewing.
